Here is a running sequence I made, this will be in my introduction to my TV show. Its a bit stiff and I will make a new one before the production of the show.

It would probably look better if he were to actually stretch his legs both ways. Here he just happens to place them back underneath his body all the time: when you run, you place your front foot a lot further away than that.
